Jesse Chen, Esq. is a passionate solo practitioner with a focus in business law, contracts negotiation, real estate and civil litigation, and criminal law defense. Attorney Chen represents individuals and small businesses in Western Pennsylvania in matters such as buying and selling a business, negotiating business contracts and leases, prosecuting and defending against civil lawsuits, and aggressively protecting his clients against criminal charges. His breadth and depth of legal knowledge and experience, bilingual and cross-cultural understanding, and strict confidentiality form the bedrock of his client representation. His current and past clients include multinational corporations, domestic businesses, and individuals in their legal needs.
Attorney Chen grew up in Pittsburgh. Outside of work, he is a Master-ranked Starcraft II player, a Legendary/Ironman-level XCOM 2 player, a Deity-level Civilization V player, and enjoys hiking, target shooting, gardening, community service, and spending time with his family.
