BIOGRAPHY
Jesse Chen, Esq. is a passionate solo practitioner with a focus in business law, contracts negotiation, real estate and civil litigation, and criminal law defense. Attorney Chen represents individuals and small businesses in Western Pennsylvania in matters such as buying and selling a business, negotiating business contracts and leases, prosecuting and defending against civil lawsuits, and aggressively protecting his clients against criminal charges. His breadth and depth of legal knowledge and experience, bilingual and cross-cultural understanding, and strict confidentiality form the bedrock of his client representation.
Attorney Chen has been licensed to practice in 2010 in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His current and past clients include multinational corporations, domestic businesses, and individuals in their legal needs.
Attorney Chen grew up in Pittsburgh. His passions, besides work, include his family, running, chess, gardening, jiu-jitsu, fishing, paintball, marksmanship, and hunting.
